Terms of service

These terms cover your use of roomshot, run by roomshot in Singapore. By creating an account you agree to them.

What roomshot does

You upload a flat image of your artwork. We place it into photographs of framed rooms and give you the mockup and listing crops to download.

Your artwork

• You keep all rights to what you upload. You confirm you own it or have permission to use it.
• You give us permission to store and process your uploads only to make your mockups.
• Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Your mockups

You may use the mockups you make in your shop listings, ads and social posts. You may not resell the room photos on their own or as templates.

Credits and payment

• Previews are free and carry a watermark. One credit unlocks the full files of one mockup. New accounts get 3 free credits.
• Credits never expire. A failed render costs nothing.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Credits spent on a download are not refunded; see our refund policy.

Fair use

We limit uploads and previews per day to keep the service fast for everyone. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.

Availability and liability

We work to keep roomshot running but can't promise it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms.
